They are commonly used to help with conditions such as muscle strains, ligament sprains, repetitive strain injuries, back and neck pain, sciatica, tendinopathies, and general muscle fatigue, leaving the body feeling more balanced, flexible, and restored.

What to expect

A professional and personalised experience tailored to your needs. I will begin with a brief consultation and, if necessary, an assessment of any injuries or problem areas to understand your goals and ensure the treatment is safe and effective.

Dress to your comfort level (most clients wear underwear or loose clothing) and will be properly draped with sheets throughout the session. A hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin oil will be used to allow smooth, controlled movements while nourishing the skin.

Depending on your treatment, techniques may include deep tissue work, targeted pressure, assisted stretching, and mobility-based movements to help release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery.

Your comfort is always a priority, and pressure can be adjusted at any time to suit your preference.
