Movement Sessions
As a Copper Fitness instructor, I am a part of a range of movement sessions such as, stretch & release, barre fitness, dance choreography; contemporary, jazz, heels and more.
Stretch & Release sessions can also be booked privately (1:1 or group). I work with sports teams, fitness groups and corporate businesses to deliver a session tailored to specific needs.
Classes

Gentle fluid stretches with some pauses, to work deeper into the movement. Combined with self myofascial release using foam rollers to ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system.

A low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet and strength training to improve muscle tone, posture, and flexibility. Using a ballet barre for support, the class focuses on small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and isometric holds to target specific muscle groups.

Focus on learning, and performing structured dance routines in a fun and supportive environment. These classes combine technique, musicality, and expression, guiding participants through set sequences while also developing timing, coordination, and confidence. Styles such as Contemporary, Heels, and Jazz.
